Funny Hands Media were approached by Fishing TV, the creators of the original idea. Funny Hands Media helped steer the project over 12 months, from a random idea, to 24 hours of live TV.  We met with Fishing TV and spoke through their ideas for the project.  Putting the pieces together, from finding a suitable studio, equipment and ultimately bringing together some of the industry’s most talented, experienced, creative and nicest people to work with.
We brought on board presenters, producers, directors, vision mixers, sound engineers, camera operators, floor managers, live studio graphics operators, EVS/3PLAY operators and runners.
Former ITN news anchor Fiona Armstrong hosts a panel discussion on the challenges of protecting wild Atlantic salmon, putting the public’s questions to our experts, as part of the World Fishing Day live broadcast.
